Led the design and development of the AO Backpack. Recognizing that our dental customers were spending more time post-processing parts than actually printing, we aimed to address the inefficiency and time loss that significantly impacted dental labs. This led to the development of the AO Backpack.

The AO Backpack is a device designed for continuous production with the M3 printer. It enables automated print cycles, including part removal, unused resin capture, resin refilling, and part collection, minimizing downtime between cycles.

The AO Backpack can print for up to 12 hours, producing up to 230 parts, depending on the design and geometry.
